When you decide you are ready to adopt an Ocean View Labradoodle, you will first need to fill out an application. You can find the application on the Puppy Application page. We will contact you, usually within 24 hours, once we have received your completed application and, if you choose to move forward with adopting one of our puppies, a $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee will be due at this time to hold a puppy from our current litter or place you on the waiting list for upcoming litters. Your reservation fee can be paid with PayPal or by check. Reservation Fee’s are applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. Remaining payments are to be made by wire transfer, check or cash. Wire transfer information will be sent to you once your reservation has been confirmed. When the puppies are born a payment of $1000 is due. The remaining balance of $1800.00 will be due by 6 weeks of age. If the puppy is already over 6 weeks old, the full payment is due at the time you make your reservation.
Shipping to major airports in the lower 48 states is $500.00. If you require shipping anywhere else, we can work with you to arrange that. Shipping will include the travel to the airport, air fare, an approved crate for travel, and health certificates provided by our vet during a pre-flight health exam. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up or arrange transportation for their new family member from the destination airport. Shipping fee will be due when your puppy is 6 weeks old.
If at any time you cannot care for your animal we will help you find a loving home for it. We never wish to see any of our animals in a shelter, so please contact us if you are unable to keep your dog for whatever reason.

Vaccination Information:
Your puppy will not be fully vaccinated at the time that he or she goes home, unless you are getting an older puppy.
The vaccination protocol that I follow consists of three shots. The first shot will be given at 8 weeks and will consist of Canine Distemper and Parvovirus (DPV). The second and third shots should be given at 12 and 16 weeks.. Rabies should be given around 20 weeks, unless it is necessary for shipping purposes to give it sooner.
Parvovirus Warning:
Your puppy should NOT be taken into public areas until vaccinations are completed. You should AVOID taking them to pet stores, dog parks, and rest areas until they are fully vaccinated as those places are the most common areas where parvovirus can be picked up. Short walks in your neighborhood are allowable a week after the 2nd booster is administered. We also strongly suggest that you carry and hold your puppy when going to the vet until vaccinations are completed as you just never know whether any ill dogs or puppies have been to the clinic that day or recently.
Parvovirus is a virus that is spread through an infected dog’s feces, it can be carried on shoes, car tires and is also known to be spread around by birds on their feet. You can pick it up just about anywhere. It is an awful virus that can be deadly if not caught soon enough to treat appropriately. You should take all precautions to ensure the safety and health of your puppy until he/she is completely vaccinated and immune to this virus. Parvo is common in Canada and the Northern USA from spring to fall, warmer provinces and states are prone to it year round.
We will not be responsible for any puppies contracting
parvovirus after leaving our care.
